At last week’s ASNNA Member Updates and Evaluation & Reporting meetings, we discussed ways to urgently gather and share state-level data to demonstrate the impact of SNAP-Ed to congressional stakeholders.

The Canopy Team requested permission to use PEARS data, and over 90 organizations quickly responded – thank you! Building on this, the Evaluation and Advocacy committees are seeking to aggregate outcome data from all states, including those not currently using PEARS.

🔹 Action with New Export Tool Coming May 28th

The Canopy Team has received permission from USDA NEB and is building a new “Export Report to Excel” tool within N-PEARS. This tool is expected to be available by Tuesday, May 28.

Once available, we ask each state/territory to run the export and send the Excel file to the ASNNA Evaluation Committee at info@asnna.us.org as soon as possible. This will support the aggregation of key outcome metrics for national advocacy efforts.

An additional email will be sent once the tool is live and available for use—please keep an eye out and be ready to take action on or before Tuesday May 28th!

📊 How Your Data Will Be Used:
The ASNNA Evaluation Committee will aggregate key outcome metrics from N-PEARS. Only national-level totals will be shared—no individual states or organizations will be identified.

If you have any questions, please reach out to info@asnna.us.org.

Thank you for supporting this critical effort to uplift the voice and impact of SNAP-Ed!
