- Option 1 – Inviting via Email
- Option 2 – Creating sub member accounts manually
Option 1 - Inviting Via Email
In the “Invite New Members via Email” section, list each email (one per line) of who you would like to invite to be a subaccount member. After you’ve included all the emails, select the “Invite New Members” button.
Each email listed will receieve an email with a specific registration link. They will need to click that link to fill out the registration form and create their username and password for their account. Once completed they will be subaccount member under your membership.
Some email providers with strict spam criteria may not receive the invitation email. If your invitees are not seeing the email in their junk or spam folders, please following the directions for option 2 – creating sub member accounts manually.

Option 2 - Creating Sub Member Accounts Manually
Under “Create a New Group Member” are the following fields: Username, Email and Password. Fill in all 3 fields and select the “Create New Member” button. This will manually create an account for the subaccount member using the information provided as login credentials.
IMPORTANT: By adding submembers manually, you will need to provide the login credentials you created to your members. Otherwise they will not have the means to be able to access their account.
Submembers can change their passwords by accessing their account dashboards and selecting “Change Password” under “My Account” information.
