The ASNNA 2023 Conference Committee invites abstract submissions for breakout sessions (In-person) and speed talks (Virtual March 1st) that relate to the theme and objectives of the 2023 ASNNA conference. The objectives of the conference are to:
- Identify frameworks and strategies to reconnect SNAP-Ed programming and implementation to local, statewide, and National needs and audiences.
- Identify opportunities for connection through collaborative partnerships.
- Communicate the outcomes and impact of SNAP-Ed to practitioners and stakeholders
- Rebuild the foundation of SNAP-Ed programming, partnerships, and implementation to be inclusive and center equity.

- Strengthen knowledge around evidence-based programming.
- Seek to uplift community voice.
- Share best practices learned through the pandemic and post-pandemic.
- Reimagine SNAP-Ed programming and implementation as it relates to federal policy, guidelines, and reports.

- Showcase SNAP-Ed programming alignment with N-PEARS.
Call for Abstracts
Due November 23rd!
We encourage a diversity of practitioners to submit abstracts to ensure a diverse and inclusive conference. More specifically, we invite scholars from communities of color, marginalized groups, smaller Implementing Agencies (<$500,000 Budget), Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), BIPOC-led Community Based Organizations, and those who have not presented at a past conference to submit abstracts.

Breakout session presenters must register to attend the conference. Speed talk presenters must be available virtually on March 1st, 2023.

Abstract Reviewers Needed
No experience required. Please sign up by November 18th!
We are looking for folks to review abstracts for the 2023 ASNNA Conference. Reviewers typically receive 3 to 4 abstracts and are asked to use a rubric to assess the abstract submissions. Abstracts and instructions for reviewing will be sent to all interested reviewers in late November; all reviews must be completed by the first week in December.
