We are pleased to share a link to a SNAP-Ed Impact Story Sharing Form, designed to gather stories from individuals and community members who have participated in SNAP-Ed activities. The form does not collect any personal identifying information and is intended to highlight program success and impacts in a way that respects participants’ privacy.
Hearing directly from those who are benefiting from the SNAP-Ed program and highlighting the success of our interventions is so important and a central part of our work as SNAP-Ed implementers. These stories help us better understand the ways in which SNAP-Ed activities are making a difference across communities and provide valuable insights that can inform and strengthen our ongoing efforts.
